Can I upgrade my tier?
Yes! You can upgrade your service tier at any time. We'll adjust your pricing accordingly based on the changes you make.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your monthly retainer anytime with 30 days notice. If you own your website (Tier 1 buyout), you keep full ownership and can host it anywhere.
How long does it take to get my website live?
Most Tier 1 websites are live within 7–10 business days. Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects include CRM setup and automation configuration, so those typically take 2–4 weeks depending on how quickly we receive your business information and assets.
Can I own my website outright?
Yes, for Tier 1 clients. For a one-time $300 transfer fee, we hand over full ownership — files, hosting, everything. Tiers 2 and 3 include ongoing CRM management, so ownership works differently — ask us during your free call.
